1. Detailed description of goods and/or servicesHerbal Fusion is a business in the Health and Wellness industry that promotes a healthy lifestyle and products to achieve true health with no compromises. We have a range of Health and detox products, Weight management products and Beauty creams.
  2. Delivery policySubject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of Courier waybill number. Couriers will be used for all deliveries. Herbal Fusion will strife to ensure that all packages are delivered within 5-7 working days depending on stock availability.
  3. Export restrictionThe offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
  4. Return and Refunds policyThe provision of goods and services by Herbal Fusion is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Herbal Fusion will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.

    Damaged goods: If there is visible damage to a product please send email to info@herbalfusion.co.za with photos of the damaged item(s). Damage goods must be reported this way within 7 days of receiving it. The damaged goods can then
    be returned to us and after physical inspection a replacement item will be issued withing 7 working days.

    Wrong item(s) delivered: If you received the wrong item(s) please email info@herbalfusion.co.za. Incorrect goods must be reported this way within 7 days of receiving the product(s). The incorrect item(s) can then be returned to us and after physical inspection a replacement item will be issued withing 7 working days.

    Faulty products: If an item is faulty please report it via email to info@herbalfusion.co.za. Defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product(s). The defective item(s) can then be returned to us and after physical inspection a replacement item will be issued withing 7 working days.

    All confirmed damaged, faulty or incorrect items will be shipped back for free. Herbal Fusion shall only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery, provided the product is in its mint and original packaging and in the same condition as when received. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition, they will be returned to the customer.

    Defective items may only be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

    • All products must be returned in original condition including packaging and documentation.
    • Consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
    • All custom/special/sale and voucher orders may not be canceled.
    • All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
    • If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs
  5. Customer Privacy policyHerbal Fusion shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   6. Payment options accepted

    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Herbal Fusion bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
  7. Card acquiring and securityCard transactions will be acquired for Herbal Fusion via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  8. Customer details separate from card detailsCustomer details will be stored by Herbal Fusion separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currencyThe merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  10. ResponsibilityHerbal Fusion takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
  11. Country of domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Herbal Fusion chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature:
